Short Courses

CPD accredited short courses:​

Our short courses are designed to upskill and refresh operational emergency care providers with the latest evidence based medicine outcomes. The benefit of attending our short courses is to not only gain and refine your skills but also to earn CPD points towards your HPCSA compliance. We will submit your CPD points on your behalf and they will automatically appear on your portal.  

Application

Our short courses are offered at the College campus in Arcadia as well as the districts for GPG EMS employees. You can contact Human Resource Development for information on available courses, or Lebone College reception if you are a private student. ​  

First Responder Course:​

Aimed at members of our communities, the First Responder course will help you understand how to activate the emergency response system (Call for help like an Ambulance), perform life saving interventions, and identify life threatening conditions.
