BASIC LIFE SUPPORT CPG`s
The HPCSA has updated the Clinical Practice guidelines for all practitioners.
Course contents
The course includes lectures and practical sessions on common medical and trauma emergencies and inclusive of updated drugs that falls under the scope of practice All Basic Ambulance Assistants are required to attend a CPG update, so that they can continue practising in accordance with the new guidelines.
Learning outcome
On completion of the course and successful completion of a written assessment, a continuing professional development (CPD) certificate is issued to the candidates.
